Field Ledger Sourcing Privacy Policy
This page describes the information requested by the website's procurement forms. Use the inquiry channel for a business requirement and share the information needed to understand the product and contact the appropriate buyer.
Information in your inquiry
The form requests name, business email, destination country and procurement requirements. Company and telephone information help explain the business context where provided. The requirement may include product references, crop application, capacity, interfaces, quantity, destination and the desired seasonal delivery date.
Optional front-end controls let you specify a target budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, an inquiry item and supplier preference. When JavaScript is available, those choices are combined with the existing requirement field during submission. Your original typed requirement remains in the visible text area. Without JavaScript, write the preferences directly in that field.
Purpose and sharing boundaries
Inquiry information is used to review the request, discuss missing specifications and coordinate sourcing communication. A factory quotation may require relevant product and destination details. Clarify which confidential drawings or identifying business information may be shared before providing restricted material.
Do not put payment-card details, account passwords, unrelated personal information or confidential third-party documents into an inquiry. This website does not provide a file-upload feature. A later conversation can identify an appropriate method for sharing authorized technical records.
Local display storage
The sourcing-support notice uses browser local storage for a first-display timestamp and session storage for the ticker dismissal. The automatic popup window is limited to seven days from that first timestamp. Dismissing the ticker is remembered in the current browser session. Browser storage controls can remove those values; removing them may start a new display window on a subsequent visit.
The catalog search and category filter act on the inquiry options shown in your browser. They help narrow the list and do not create a product order. A product button carries the selected item into the inquiry form for your review.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact form to ask about an inquiry, correct contact details or discuss access and deletion requests. Identify the relevant request through a business email without reposting confidential material. No fixed retention interval or response deadline is stated on this page; ask for the handling details relevant to the service interaction before sharing sensitive information.
External websites operate under their own policies. Review those policies when following a reference link. Read the Terms of Service for the scope of website information and initial sourcing conversations.
