Which configuration?
Bind tank capacity, pump type, working flow, pressure, application rate and boom width to the proposed model. Ask the factory to identify any assumptions it made about crop rows or tractor power.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
From incomplete request to comparable scope
Keep the equipment configuration visible from the first inquiry to the supplier reply. Field Ledger Sourcing coordinates an independent review of your requirements and requests factory quotations against that scope.

Bind tank capacity, pump type, working flow, pressure, application rate and boom width to the proposed model. Ask the factory to identify any assumptions it made about crop rows or tractor power.
Check the PTO or hydraulic requirement, hitch arrangement, hose connections and control wiring. The purchasing team should obtain a dimensional drawing when a replacement depends on the original assembly.
Separate nozzle sets, strainers, seals, spare parts, packing and manuals. Request material information for chemical-contact components and a written explanation of the intended fluid compatibility.
Clarify commissioning, local service, warranty handling and delivery terms. Supplier documents apply to the specified product and destination; they do not establish a blanket site certification.
Illustrative procurement situations — not customer results

In this procurement example, a distributor has a nozzle assembly name but no thread or seal specification. The next step is to request the connection dimensions, body reference and chemical-contact materials. Each candidate factory should identify the supplied kit contents and mark any deviation. The useful result is a written fit-check list; it is not a claim that a supplier or part has already been approved.
Keep the replacement quantities separate from complete machines. Sample availability, sample charges and the buyer's acceptance procedure need agreement before a bulk purchase.
A farm buyer may prefer a larger tank to reduce refilling but have limited tractor capacity and narrow field access. Request the loaded equipment mass and mounting details with the capacity offer. Keep the requested delivery date tied to destination arrival, with manufacturing and freight assumptions itemized.
Compare a higher initial equipment cost against the included nozzle set, controls, spares and support scope. A budget-oriented offer may suit a defined task, but excluding an interface adapter or critical repair kit changes the total purchase. Review the farm sprayer options and RFQ checklist before submitting.

Put the purchase in writing
Include the unresolved choices as questions. We review the requirement and coordinate quotation requests; supplier selection, order terms and acceptance remain subject to your approval.
